Service was excellent. Ambience was very soothing. The entire experience was very relaxing, and I appreciated the advice offered about caring for my nails, feet, etc. Will be booking future appointments.
The customer service and ambience is great but my friend and I was very disappointed with our haircuts. The end result was very poor and as such, I definitely would not go back for a haircut.
