Was on time..which is a 100% plus..as i reached my son's chair was ready.. receptionist was very pleasant even asked if I wanted a bottle water while I waited with some calming jazz music👍..customer service at it best..after 55 min...

This was my first visit to Kings Lounge Barber Spa as I was referred to by both my son and husband and I was pleasantly surprise.
